Visionary School Leadership: A Transformative Programme by SpellBee International in Partnership with IIM Calcutta
SpellBee International, in an exclusive academic collaboration with IIM Calcutta, designed and delivered a customised leadership development programme titled “Visionary Leadership in Education”, held from 21st to 23rd November 2025 at the IIM Calcutta campus. This specialised programme—created jointly by SpellBee International and IIM Calcutta—was developed specifically for school principals associated with SpellBee International.
Through this collaboration, around 20 school heads from the SpellBee International network participated in an intensive set of learning sessions focused on transformational leadership, strategic planning, and innovative educational practices. The programme offered rich insights through case studies, interactive workshops, and peer-led discussions, providing participants with actionable strategies to strengthen leadership excellence in their institutions.
This initiative highlights the powerful partnership between SpellBee International and IIM Calcutta, reflecting a shared commitment to elevating educational leadership and shaping forward-thinking school ecosystems across India.
